Return & Exchange Policy
To request a return or exchange, please email: kazzydancewear@outlook.com with your order number and specify whether you are requesting a return or exchange. We will provide instructions for the process.

1. Customized / Personalized Items
- All custom-made or personalized dancewear (e.g., tailored jumpsuits, cropped tops,
bespoke designs) is non-refundable.

- Exchanges are available within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the item
is:
o Unworn and unused
o In its original condition
o With all original tags attached


- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- If the returned item is damaged or not in its original condition, we reserve the right
to refuse the exchange.

2. Non-Customized / Ready-to-Wear Items

- EU Customers: Returns for refunds are accepted within 14 days of receiving your
order, provided the item is:
o Unworn and unused
o In its original condition
o With all original tags attached

- Non-EU Customers: Refunds are not available. Only exchanges are accepted for
ready-to-wear items outside the EU.
- Promotional or discounted items are not eligible for exchange or return, unless they
have a quality defect.

3. Shipping & Responsibilities

- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any related fees.
- We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for
items lost in transit.

EU Customers:
- EU law provides a 14-day right of withdrawal for standard goods, but custom-made
items are exempt.

International Customers (Non-EU):
- Outside the EU, all products are exchange-only, except in cases of manufacturing
defects.
