Do you offer custom-made items?
Yes! At Kazzy Dancewear, we are happy to offer custom sizing and made-to-measure pieces for selected styles.
Since each item is handmade, we can tailor it to your specific measurements to ensure a perfect fit.
What measurements do I need to provide for a custom order?
To create your custom dancewear, please provide the following measurements (in centimeters or inches):
1. Bust – fullest part of your chest.
2. Waist – narrowest part of your waistline.
3. Hips – fullest part around your hips and glutes.
4. Torso length – from the top of the shoulder, down through the crotch, and back up to the same shoulder (for leotards or bodysuits).
5. Height – total body height (head to toe).
Please make sure to measure yourself carefully and accurately, ideally with a soft measuring tape, while wearing light clothing or dance underwear.
Important notice for custom measurements
Because custom-made items are created specifically to your individual measurements, they are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
Before submitting your measurements, please:
• Double-check them carefully.
• If possible, have someone assist you for accuracy.
• Contact us at kazzydancewear@outlook.com if you’re unsure how to take any of the measurements — we’re happy to guide you.
KazzyDancewear cannot be held responsible for sizing issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete measurements provided by the customer.
Processing time for custom orders
Please allow 5–10 working days for custom-made pieces to be completed before shipping, depending on the complexity of the design and our current production schedule.
Delivery Times
How long will delivery take?
We generally deliver orders within 21 working days, although there may be occasional delays due to customs clearance processes, which are out of our control.
Estimated delivery times:
• Asia: 5–10 business days
• Rest of the world: 10–21 business days
Orders placed before 12:00 PM (ICT) are processed the same day.
Orders placed after this time are processed the next business day.
